3rd PIHOA Lab Network Meeting:
“Lab Managers – Creating Solutions for Today’s Problems”

Target audience: USAPI Lab managers, Lab techs and AUL members
Expected number of participants: 30
Meeting objectives:

Strengthen collaboration and networking between the USAPI laboratories with PIHOA and its partners and agencies with the focus on the lab strengthening initiative in the PIHOA member states as endorsed in the 2010 PIHOA # 48-03 resolution

Train, educate and motivate USAPI lab managers to be effective leaders who can manage and effect change in the lab environment in response to changing trends in health care demands

Enhance and strengthen collaborative partnership with the Association of USAPI Laboratories (AUL).
