October 29, 2021 (Majuro, RMI) – This week, PIHOA field staff assisted the RMI Ministry of Health and Human services Non-Communicable Disease (NCD) team in successfully screening 40 police officers. The team identified individuals living with diabetes and hypertension, as well as officers who had preconditions. Also conducted were feet assessments, foot care awareness, and overall health awareness.
